Memorandum of Understanding between Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI) & Institute of Internal Auditors - India (IIA-India)
The Institute of Cost Accountants of India, a premier institution established under an Act of Parliament signed an agreement with Institute of Internal Auditors - India (IIA-India) on 9th January, 2014 with the basic objective to facilitate co-operation and collaboration between ICAI and IIA-India- through IIA-India for IIA, Florida, USA.
The mutual sharing will be by way of knowledge, experience and best practices by allowing ICAI and IIA-India to benefit from each other’s respective work and involvement.
The MOU will facilitate inter alia invitation, support, attending and conducting seminars, conferences and joint activities mutually beneficial to both the parties with a focus on contemporary areas in the field of Internal Audit, Internal Control, Risk Management etc.
By virtue of the said MOU, members of ICAI are eligible to obtain direct membership of IIA-India and could acquire:
